If you are alone and feeling sad about being alone, please let yourself grieve the loss of connection, and please know your sadness will be temporary. It will end. In the process of grieving allow yourself to change your negative beliefs about yourself to positive and self-affirming beliefs. If you are feeling sorry for yourself, this is feedback to you that you need to be working on loving yourself.
If you are experiencing distance in your love relationship, it may be time to heal your fragile bond with your partner. All love relationships have a fragile bond, that need gentle, kind, nurturing support. Take some time to think about all the wonderful, joyful, fulfilling times you have had with your partner, and let him or her know how much you appreciate his or her presence in your life.
Give yourself and your loved ones, the gift of love today and every day be mindful of how much you value and accept yourself and your partner. You will be full of joy and you will look forward to every day of your life.
